- Marketing and advertising vacant units
- Perform background checks, credit checks, and referral checks of prospective tenants
- Management of all tenant related issues including leases, maintenance, payments, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule all repairs and maintenance of buildings and individual units
- Handle and schedule all Certificate of Occupancy and Section 8 inspections
- Handle all financial aspects including but not limited to: collecting rent, paying utility and maintenance bills, preparing and reviewing budgets, analyzing cost savings, etc.
- Comply with all city/county requirements according to guidelines
- Continued monitoring of infrastructure and interior and exterior appearance of each building.
